Best returns experience and reliable…

Best returns experience and reliable quality. In lockdown the returns process becomes so important and I’ve had loads of problems with other companies using services that are hard to access etc. Reiss is by far the best, by allowing pick up at home they create a great customer experience. I order from them as my experience had been that you can rely on them for good quality clothes, every time

SO efficent - nothing but praise for Reiss

Clothing actors for movies can be a nightmare, particularly with dreadful companies like Coggles and Tessuti. Amongst the best are Reiss; clothes of matchless quality and design, their customer service is almost as good as End Clothing & MatchesFashion. It has to be said that End and Matches are untouchable but Reiss are a whisker behind. Thanks particularly to Arabella who's helping me regarding a missing shirt order. Thanks so much, Reiss and Arabella. I know that I can order from you in absolute confidence.

Poor customer service

Not procesing my exchange because they said, their warehouse recieved an empty box. Now Reiss do not answer my messages anymore.

Customer Service Don’t Respond

I actually haven’t purchased a product from Reiss, but I e-mailed their customer support and I didn’t even receive a response and I’ve waited for a while. To be honest, this doesn’t give me any hope or trust, so I won’t be making any orders as my questions were not answered.

Their price and products don’t match

Their price and products don’t match. The chest pocket of the suit jacket tore after the second wear. Rude customer service, they refused refund and repair. Spend your money wisely.

Poor quality products

Reiss have some really lovely and modern styles which makes a nice change. However, it’s grossly overpriced as the materials are poor quality and badly finished. At these prices everything should be silk and cashmere! Sadly it’s all cheap man made rubbish that will look crap after a couple of wears!

Poor after service

I buy a lot of products from Reiss. I bought a jumper a month ago wore it once the seam came apart. I've rang to advise them my printer is currently not working, they have refused to send me a label. I woul d have to drive 40 miles to the nearest branch Their inferior product has now turned into my problem. They have the product in stock which I'm. Happy to. Pay for up upfront but unless I use their set returns label they cannot guarantee my money back. I will be looking at other brands to buy after this awful service.

Top quality clothes

Top quality clothes, and delivered with expedited service. Cost a bit more but you can get a great price in the sale and you can genuinely feel the quality difference from an average brand.

Amazing customer service during 2nd Covid-19 Lockdown

I recently ordered an item from Reiss for instore collection (due to how close the store was to me and the fact i wouldn't then have to pay delivery costs). Then lockdown 2.0 hit.
I had honestly assumed that i would just have to wait to collect the item from the Stratford Store when the current lockdown ends. But no, Reiss Customer Care stepped up.
They got in touch to update me on the status of my item, re-arranged the delivery (at no cost to me) and did so in such a speedy manner - excellent customer service.
I'm definitely going to be shopping with them more frequently now due to this experience.

Great clothes, even better service

Ordered lots of items for my wedding from Reiss and was really impressed with the speed, customer service and reliability. Got my suit tailored in house it made me feel special. Since then, I have used Reiss for most of my online shopping (for special occaisions). Could't recommend higher
